Last updated: October 2026

Business Feels Easier is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Diane Pressel in Fort Worth, Texas ("Business Feels Easier," "we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

This Policy applies to notthishardbundle.com, businessfeelseasier.com, our MemberVault site at access.businessfeelseasier.com, our emails, and our services (together, the "Website"). It covers the Work Shouldn't Be This Hard Bundle (the "Bundle") as well as our other free resources, products, and client services.

By using the Website, registering for the Bundle, downloading a resource, making a purchase, or working with us, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. You must be 18 or older to use the Website.

1. Information we collect

1.1 Information you give us. We collect the information you choose to provide when you:

1.2 Information you enter in our products. Many of our products and quizzes save the answers you type in, such as quiz responses, worksheet answers, and results. These are stored in your MemberVault account so you can return to them.

1.3 Information you share in client work. If you hire us for a review or program, you may share business documents, processes, and operational details. We use this information only to deliver your services and keep it confidential.

1.4 Referral information. Each Bundle contributor has their own registration link. When you register through one of those links, we record which contributor referred you so we can credit them.

1.5 Information collected automatically. When you visit the Website, we and our service providers may collect your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and how you arrived at the site. We use cookies and similar technologies to do this. We use Google Analytics, which reports overall visitor traffic and how people use the Website. You can learn how Google uses this information at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Our email provider also records whether our emails are opened and which links are clicked.

You can accept or decline cookies in your browser settings. If you turn cookies off, some parts of the Website may not work properly. The Website does not respond to Do Not Track signals.

1.6 Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe through our MemberVault checkout. We never see or store your full card number.

2. How we use your information

We do not use your information to make automated decisions about you.

3. Bundle contributors and their gifts

3.1 Registering for the Bundle gives you access to gifts from independent contributors. We do not give your registration information to contributors.

3.2 When you claim a contributor's gift, you will usually go to that contributor's own page and sign up with them directly. That is your choice, and once you do, the contributor's own privacy policy applies to what you give them, not this one.

3.3 If you register or buy the No-Rush Pass through a contributor's link, that contributor can see that a registration or purchase was credited to them so they can be paid their commission.

4. Email and unsubscribing

When you register for the Bundle or download a resource, you join the Business Feels Easier email list. You will receive Bundle emails and, after the Bundle, our newsletter and updates about our products and services.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email, or by emailing [email protected]. Every email we send identifies who it is from, includes an unsubscribe link, and gives you a way to contact us.
