Business Feels Easier is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Diane Pressel in Fort Worth, Texas ("Business Feels Easier," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Use (the "Terms") apply to notthishardbundle.com, businessfeelseasier.com, our MemberVault site at access.businessfeelseasier.com, our emails, and our products and services (together, the "Website").

By using the Website, registering for the Work Shouldn't Be This Hard Bundle (the "Bundle"), downloading a resource, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website. You must be 18 or older to use the Website.

1. What the Website is for

1.1 The Website and everything offered through it, including the Bundle, free resources, digital products, emails, and social media posts, are provided for educational and informational purposes.

1.2 We work to keep our content accurate and current, but we do not guarantee it is complete or error-free. How you use the information is up to you and at your own risk. See our Disclaimer for more.

2. The Bundle

2.1 Registration. Registering for the Bundle is free. Registration gives you access to the Bundle page during the Bundle, which runs November 16 through November 23, 2026. The Bundle page opens November 16, 2026 at 7:00 AM Central Time. No gifts are available before then.

2.2 The No-Rush Pass. The No-Rush Pass is an optional paid upgrade. It extends your access to the Bundle page through December 15, 2026, as described on the pass page at the time you buy. The Pass gives you more time to claim gifts. It does not include any contributor's paid products or services unless that is stated on the Bundle page.

2.3 Contributor gifts. The gifts in the Bundle are created and delivered by independent contributors, not by Business Feels Easier, except for our own contribution. Contributors have agreed to keep their gifts available through December 15, 2026, but each contributor controls their own gift, so we cannot guarantee that every gift will stay available for the full period. When you claim a gift, you are dealing directly with that contributor, and their own terms and privacy policy apply.

2.4 Changes. We may change the Bundle dates, the list of contributors, or the gifts included, or remove a gift, at any time. If a change affects what you paid for, we will let you know by email.

2.5 Your access is personal. Bundle access, the No-Rush Pass, login details, and access links are for the person who registered or bought them. Please do not share them.

3. Purchases and refunds

3.1 When you buy a product, the No-Rush Pass, or a service from us, these Terms apply along with any terms shown on the sales page or in a separate client agreement. If a separate client agreement conflicts with these Terms, the client agreement controls.

3.2 Because digital products and the No-Rush Pass are delivered right away, all sales are final and non-refundable. If a technical problem keeps you from accessing something you bought, email [email protected] and we will work to fix it.

3.3 We may make an exception to this policy at our discretion. An exception made once does not create an obligation to make one again.

3.4 Payments are processed through our MemberVault checkout by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

4. Who owns the content

4.1 Everything we create, including our worksheets, workbooks, quizzes, templates, guides, emails, videos, page content, and the Business Feels Easier and Work Shouldn't Be This Hard names and logos, belongs to Business Feels Easier and is protected by copyright and trademark law. This is true whether or not it carries a copyright or trademark symbol.

4.2 Contributor gifts belong to the contributors who created them.

4.3 When you download or buy something from us, you receive a personal license to use it in your own work or business. This is a license, not a transfer of ownership. You may print copies and fill them in for your own use and for your own team. You may not:

• Resell, share, give away, or publish our materials, in whole or in part
• Post our materials in a group, course, membership, or shared drive
• Rebrand our materials or present them as your own
• Use our materials to create a competing product

4.4 If you would like to use our content in a way not listed here, email [email protected] and ask for written permission first.

4.5 If you break these rules, your license ends, and we may remove your access to anything you bought without a refund. We may also take further action allowed by law.

5. Affiliates and contributors

5.1 Bundle contributors and other affiliates may earn a commission when someone buys the No-Rush Pass through their link. This means a person promoting the Bundle may have a financial interest in your purchase.

5.2 We may also earn a commission when you buy through some of the links we share. We will tell you when a link is an affiliate link.

5.3 Including a contributor in the Bundle is not an endorsement of that contributor's other products or services. Please do your own research before buying from or working with any contributor.

6. Links to other websites

The Website links to other websites, including contributor pages. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, products, or services.

7. Comments, feedback, and testimonials

7.1 If you send us feedback or a testimonial, you agree that we may use it to describe or promote our work. We will ask before using your name or business name with it.

7.2 Comments posted on our pages or social media reflect the views of the person who posted them. We may remove comments that are rude, abusive, misleading, or off topic.

8. Information you share

Information you share through the Website, Bundle emails, or social media is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Using the Website or the Bundle does not create a consulting or client relationship. A client relationship begins only when you sign a client agreement with us.

9. Limitation of liability

9.1 To the fullest extent the law allows, Business Feels Easier is not liable for any loss or damage that results from your use of the Website, the Bundle, contributor gifts, or our products and services, or from relying on any information in them.

9.2 If we are found liable for anything, our total liability will not be more than the amount you paid us for the product or service involved.

9.3 You agree to cover any claims, costs, or losses (including reasonable legal fees) that result from your misuse of the Website or our materials, or from breaking these Terms.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the Website after a change, you agree to the updated Terms.

11. Other legal terms

11.1 Severability. If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the Terms still apply.

11.2 Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

11.3 Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, our Disclaimer, and any separate client agreement, are the full agreement between you and Business Feels Easier about the Website.
